Happy Thanksgiving! I hope some of you are already stuffed with round one and enjoying your day with (hopefully) your family. I’m in Connecticut with MG and his family this year for my first year not back in Texas. I’m so excited to be celebrating with them and obviously am missing my family like crazy. It’s holidays like these that are such a welcome reminder of all of the blessings we all have.

This year I’m particularly thankful for my family and the lengths that they go to to remind me of how loved I am no matter how far away we are. They’re my rock and I love them so much. I’m so grateful for MG and his family and how loved they make me feel all year round, for our amazing little apartment and home, for our friends that keep me laughing and constantly entertained, for my little nephew and how sweet his smile and countenance is, and for the food on our table and roof over our heads.

For your post-turkey nap there are a ton of amazing sales happening already and through the weekend. Have some extra pie and exercise your fingers and wallet like I will be later :).
