After a much needed hiatus from online shopping, I was back at it again recently and realized after several days that almost everything I had pinned on Pinterest or starred in my respective accounts were black and white striped items. Upon further investigation in my closet, I realized that this is not something new. One of the most interesting things about blogging is that I actually have a record of things I’ve worn – whether it’s on my blog or on my instagram – and I have come to find that I actually am drawn to certain patterns/colors. Black and white + stripes are two of them. They’re slimming, classic, and busy enough to satisfy a print but not too overwhelming. I picked out some of my favorites that are floating around the web right now. I actually just had to return the ASOS coat sadly, it was too big. #smallgirlproblems
