It’s time to break out the sandals, white jeans and sleeveless tops! I scooped up this peplum beauty a few weeks ago at the Madewell event I had the pleasure of hosting and have been excited ever since to wear it. All I needed was a sunny day!

Signs that my life has drastically changed in the past few years.. I’m wearing shorter heels. No really, it’s happening. I told my sister while we were shopping this weekend that I think I actually want low heels and I think she just stared at me in confusion.. what are those? I blame it on my living situation and having to feasibly walk pretty far in whatever shoes I end up leaving my house in, but regardless of the reason I’m trying to embrace it.

I’m a new fan of Sole Society – they carry shoes in my size (as you know pretty rare) and they’re on trend but affordable. I’m bummed to tell you guys the extremely comfortable and perfectly nude sandals I’m wearing are sold out right now and off the site. I hate when that happens! I often shop things a little in advance of when I can wear them, so don’t forget to check my favorite picks to see what I’m deciding on next!

Now that the sun is out, I’m finally lightening my color palette of my outfits and looking ways to brighten nude and white outfits with pops of color. I have a weakness for bright tops and have been wearing this Kendra Scott number on repeat over them. What are you most excited about wearing when the temperature rises?
