Maybe it’s because this is a short week and we’re headed out of town this weekend, but I cannot stop thinking about the beach and it’s only Monday! I’m so excited to be heading to Florida to see one of my very best friends get married. She’s been my rock and I’ve been able to see her relationship with her fiance grow over the past few years and can’t believe their big day is finally here.
We’re heading to Rosemary Beach/Seaside, and we’ve never been before! If you have any recommendations let us know. So excited for the trip!
In the spirit of all things summer today’s 5 Happy Things are all about warm weather and beachy things on my mind…
1. One of the things I’m most excited about when we’re in Florida is that our house comes with bikes! Since it’ll be in the 80’s I’m only packing shorts and strappy tops, but I snagged these Soludos sneakers for the trip and this summer so that I can have something cute to ride around in other than flip flops. I’m a horrible bike rider so I need all of the help that I can get!
2. These cute little juice tumblers are perfect for summer entertaining and would go perfectly with these pearl drop plates. A cocktail and side of pie? Sounds like my kind of night..
3. If you’re thinking about bringing some tropical elements into your home, try these cute palm print pillows. We have two on our grey couch and it adds a natural feeling pop of color and print!
4. Obsessed with this tee and so sad it’s sold out in a small. My sister and I were going to buy them together because.. why else do people run?
5. If you saw my Instagram this weekend you might’ve seen these mules that I got on sale over Memorial Day weekend. I had been wanting mules for a while in this color and finally they went on sale and in my size! So far I can’t take ’em off. Love them!
