The past few weeks have been busy, busy! This time of the year is usually pretty hectic with Holiday parties and fun dinners out with friends before heading home. I’m really excited about a few things I’m cooking up for you guys in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned! If you’re not signed up for my newsletter it’s a great way to stay posted if you’re as busy as I am!
I’m really looking forward to going home for an extended period of time. I’ll be back in the land of chips and queso (Texas) for almost 10 days and cannot wait. This will be my nephew’s first Christmas really (he was so little last year) and I am so excited to see him get so excited. I want to try this “how to make your house smell like Christmas” when I get back to my parents house, too.
December has really been a memorable month and I cannot believe that this year is almost over. This month for me was really about just being present and trying to seize the moment as often as possible. My favorite moments so far have been the first sign of snow here and seeing the Rockette Christmas Spectacular.
With just a week to Christmas and 2 weeks until my birthday, I’m slowly starting to reflect back on the year and it’s making me really excited about 2015. I was going to wait to share this, but I can’t help it.. I’m launching a new monthly series about my life in New York and what it’s really like! I have found that you guys are really interested in what’s going on over here and have been following my crazy journey for a while now so we’re going to give it a shot. Leave me a comment with anything you’d like to see! Happy Friday and have a great weekend!
P.S. – If you’re still looking for gift ideas, don’t forget to check out the gift guides! I’m adding another few this weekend as well :)
