Lately most weekends are filled with errand running and catching up on the things that we don’t have time to squeeze in during the week. I typically throw on my favorite athleisure pieces for our Saturday morning coffee runs and if things go according to our hopes, we don’t really change and end the day with a low key dinner at home.
I’ve heard others rave about their shopping experiences with eBay and I was pretty excited to try it out for the first time to see what my own experience would be like. I wanted to find a few pieces that would work well with everyday needs, like leggings for yoga and also some sneakers that would be great for long days of walking for our trip to Korea. Since we were trying to pack everything for a week in one carry-on suitcase, I knew that I could only bring a few pairs of shoes.
I have a friend at work who has been sporting these sneakers since earlier this summer and I finally decided to give them a shot thanks to my eBay experience. I love the gum bottoms and that they’re all leather, making it easy to clean them and keep them looking nice over time.
I haven’t tried Alo leggings yet, but after hearing a lot of rave reviews on them as well decided to give them a shot. The best part about shopping them on eBay is that by using a few filters you can ensure that they’re brand new, arrive in just a few days, and you pay a fraction of full price.
In short, my first experience was seamless and I was super excited to get three new pieces for around the price of one at retail. Here are a few tips for how you can shop eBay seamlessly:
3 Tips for Shopping on eBay
- Set to “New” to ensure that the items are new and have never been worn
- Buying format – choose “Buy it now”
- Shipping timelines – many items come with Free Shipping, but you can also designate different shipping timeframes in case you need something faster
You can find other pieces like coats and boots here and using the tips I’ve shared you’ll find a few pieces you’ve been wanting to try in no time.
Next time you’re thinking about buying something that’s on the more expensive side don’t forget to check eBay and see if you can find it there first!
