I grew up being outside a lot â€“ playing soccer my whole life meant that my skin was usually getting beaten up all year around in Texas and especially during the summer. After 3 years in Chicago, I thought my skin had forgotten how to soak up the sun the way that it used to.

This year I’ve been outside almost every weekend of the summer (woo hoo!) â€“ a welcome change from some really mild ones in years past. Not only has it madeÂ for more opportunities to wear cute little rompers like these, but it also means my skin has been getting a lot more sun than usual.

Maybe it’s just growing up, but I’m so much more aware of protecting my skin. I was telling my mom recently that I would wear sunscreen everyday if I could find one that didn’t make me feel oily and sticky, and low and behold.. I found one!

The spray is my favorite and I’ve been using it on my arms and legs even when I go to work or know I’ll be outside for any amount of time.
