It’s funny to me how much I’ve found myself wearing pink these days. I now have a pink coat, a lot of pink accessories and even a pink and cream rug in our apartment. The “me” from 5 years ago would look in my closet and apartment and say… WTF?! Part of me hated pink growing up because my sister was really obsessed with it and I obviously had to be different, and part of it was just me being kind of a tomboy. I still love a good pair of sneakers, but I’ve definitely been embracing my more feminine side as of late.

I ended up playing three shades of pink off of each other for this outfit and loved how the bright colors really helped break my mood. We also had a fun time shooting in the snow although it was absolutely freezing! I’m so excited to share that Heather, one of the great photographers that helps take photos with me, just got engaged this weekend! Her bling is way bigger than my fake ring, haha, but I couldn’t be happier for her and her fiance. Love is in the air!

I LOVE this sweater! You look amazing!! Can’t wait for some warm weather shots haha :)

I know! This snow is getting ridiculous :)

You’re adorable! I love the pink, as it’s the perfect pick me color for this dreary winter!

Happy Monday!

Thank you Julie! You’re so sweet. Happy Monday! :)

Super cute outfit, and I just had to leave a note to profess my love for the Merona Opaque Tights. They are ah-mazing. I actually just bought a back-up pair of the black ones to pack for a Target-less destination wedding, just in case. I love how durable they are and I’m not really that worried about them running (unless I didn’t bring an extra pair, then a panther definitely would’ve sneaked into my suitcase to shred the only ones I had).

Cheers!

The Salty Hanger

I couldn’t agree more – they’re hands down the best tights I’ve ever bought. My roommate actually told me about them and I’m so grateful!
