New York Fashion Week: S/S 11 (part two)

Street Syle, NYFW

Ania Arcaini: Assistant Buyer, Luisa Via Roma

Katerina, Christina, and Lindsay of “the in seam”

Gessica Brooke, designer in everything Gessica Brooke and Dolce Vita sandals … PS the jacket is reversible. so sick.

Katherine and Claire (H&M pants, General Eccentric top)

leaving Lacoste show

black patent Louboutins

famous Korean actress

Kate Bosworth look alike carrying Alexander Wang

Taylor Tomasi-Hill

I’ll take another Alexander Wang, please. This time with strappy platforms and a long floral skirt on the side.

Tim Gunn – “make it work”

loved this outfit – effortlessly casual chic

fratty meets fashion for men

back to school

booties by a Korean designer

layering sheer on slip

Andrew Mukamal, assistant to Kelly Cutrone of People’s Revolution

I wanted to trade clothes with this guy. Pretty sure those are Proenza Schouler pants and I gladly would’ve taken that Celine bag. He was workin it…

Tinsley Mortimer

Checking herself out in WWD

Tinsley opened the Richie Rich show on the first night of fashion week and you can’t tell in the picture but her blazer is actually sheer, loved it

In case you were wondering, Milla Jovovich is just as gorgeous in person as she is on TV/magazines… wow

Milla Jovovich of the movie Resident Evil

Eglantina Zing, model and TV host, wearing a Rag and Bone skirt, Haute Hippie top, and a collection of bracelets one being Hermes and another being her mother’s

Ania Taubenfligel

her outfit was amazing – looked like she was in Chanel pumps with a skirt and the top honestly looked like a bathing suit because the entire back was open, but it probably cost more than my entire closet..

this guy was a riot – he is wearing water shoes!

bright gold accents can make black and white look fresh

the cutest jumper I saw all day on Jeannie Mai (of How Do I Look?) by Black Halo, and I’m pretty sure her friend was carrying Valentino

wicked skirt from H&M

caged and feathered wearing Vivienne Tam

the gorgeous Gabriella Morrissey

loved this pair – her cape was from H&M

Kelly Choi, host of Top Chef Masters on Bravo, outside Vivienne Tam

Emily Ruhl : Philip Lim vest, JBrand jeans, Vera Wang boots, Intermix blouse, Balenciaga bag, and Vintage glasses

studded Louboutins + the craziest studded shoes I have ever seen

Jay Manuel and Miss J! outside the MB Celebrity Lounge about to head into MIK CIRE by Eric Kim

Other celeb citings with really awful photos…. my apologies but most of the time I was just standing there and by the time I processed who was standing in front of me I got a blurry excited picture. My bad…

Nicky Hilton (L) and her friend

Funny story about this one…. So I’m standing there as people are headed into Charlotte Ronson and I see these two girls walking towards me. I think to myself that girl looks like Nicky Hilton, but ask them for a photo of their outfits. She gives me the side of her head and they keep walking and I was like, yup definitely Nicky Hilton. Turns the corner and starts giving her most fierce looks to the paps and I just laughed to myself at how funny those 5 seconds were because I really didn’t know it was her. She looks way more normal in person.

Russell Simmons walking into Charlotte Ronson

Kristin Cavallari leaving MBFW after Zac Posen

I write today with a heavy heart. This post is dedicated to my beloved friend who passed away yesterday. She was a lover of all things fashionable and a great friend. She constantly smelled like cotton candy from this perfume and I think it will never cease to remind me of her. We love you and will miss you so much KLR <3

WEEEEEEN,

LOVED Gessica Brooke’s outfit, the patent Louboutins, Kate Bosworth’s lookalike’s combat boots, that long floral skirt, and Jeannie Mai’s romper. Pretty much I loved it all!

Keep up the amazing work! You are such an inspiration to me in so many ways :)

love you.

Aww Kateeee :) thank you I’m glad you loved the post! miss you more than words!

Sometimes I feel a little bitter how easy it is for people to just look away and forget the faces of those who need our help. I am not the type of person who can ignore the needs of others. After the Sendai Earthquake, Japan currently has some 10,000 missing peoples including many foreign vistors. They need our help. It’s hard to imagine the toll that this takes on a family–or a country. If you have money to spare, there are many Japanese relief organizations set up to help alleviate the discomfort of those displaced from their homes. If you are unable to contribute monetarily, keep Japan in your prayers!

Hey, I just wanted to leave a quick comment to say that I really enjoyed reading your post. There is a lot of good information here for anyone interested in this topic. Keep up the good work.

I was wondering if you ever considered changing the layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?

I went over this web site and I believe you have a lot of superb information, saved to bookmarks .

Thanks for the one of the best blogs i have encountered in a long time.
