Whew! Summer has arrived (humidity and all) and I’m kicking off what will surely be a season of dresses. I’m on a mission to find multiple uses and ways to wear my favorite dresses of the summer for any occasion. You might remember I did a similar series last year, and it was so much fun that I thought I’d try and put a spin to my summer outfit posts in the same way.

Between birthdays, weddings, showers and just fun activities there are so many needs to make your favorite work overtime for you (and your wallet).

This fringe shift dress is one of my favorite purchases this year, hands down. It’s already made two trips with me and I’ve found it perfect for dressing up with a pair of heels or dressing down with my trusty espadrille flats. The best thing about taking this on vacation is that it’s actually pretty breezy and it’s the best dress to pack because it won’t wrinkle.

I’ve been looking for more neutral accessories that will work year-round (or close to it) and am very excited to have finally found a pair of mules that I’ll be wearing well into the Fall until it’s time to officially break out the boots. Paired with this adorable crossbody bag (that also has my initials!) they’re two accessories that you’ll be seeing a lot of.

Since we’re off to Seaside/Rosemary Beach this weekend I think this dress will be making the trip for our daytime activities! It’s even comfortable enough to wear with sneakers for bike rides along the beach. I’m looking forward to a few days of sun and celebrating one of my best friends with all of her closest friends and family.

Also, the perfect white shirtdress and off the shoulder top may be coming with us as well!
