Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve loved getting dressed up. I definitely had my tomboy phase (didn’t we all), but always had an especially strong affinity for dresses in particular. Short, long, printed or solid.. my mom never really had to try hard to get me into one, especially if it were a special occasion.

Fast forward and now the same still holds true. For special events I love nothing more than putting on a dress that I love and a pair of heels! One of the best shopping feelings of all time is when you walk into a store, lay eyes on something, and just know that you have to have it. I had that kind of moment with this dress – cap sleeved, fit & flared and with just enough open back to be enticing but still classy, this dress is absolute perfection in my opinion.

Best of all, it comes in two ranges of sizes (a line for petites) so when I put it on and it was an instant fit I knew it was fate. Now it’s just a matter of deciding which special occasion to save this one for!

Today marks the last day of this week’s series with Anthropologie! It’s been a blast for me to share some of my tips for how to dress for different occasions and my favorite petite finds. I hope you guys have enjoyed it as much as I have and I can’t wait to tell the lucky reader this weekend that they’ve won the giveaway! Have a great weekend, looking forward to more exciting series to come!
